This is partly because of an over-supply as well, as many investors are now looking outside Metro Manila for their <a href=\"https:\/\/micaraland.com\/real-estate-ofws\/resources\/real-estate-investment\/\">real estate investments<\/a>.<\/p><p>Outside Metro Manila, real estate is experiencing a major boom.
