Yes, there is!
How much is the discount if you pay the Total Contract Price in full?
- You get a discount of 4-10%. This depends on the TCP amount and the date you paid.
- There is no developer loan balance.
- There is no in-house amortization.
- You can only move in after 15 months.
- There are no bank charges.
Is there a discount if after paying full down payment, you decide to pay the remaining amount?
- Spot Cash: 10% Discount on List Price if paid within 7 days from reservation.
- Spot Cash: 9.5% Discount on List Price if paid within 30 days from reservation.
